Haven't seen the woman for just over a month now. She was planning on coming into town for the weekend and took off work and all.

Five minutes ago some dumbass on a cell phone slammed into the back of her civic and totalled it. Now she has no way of coming into town.

I hear ya about Chicago drivers...they migrate up here by the hoards 😉 I also unfortunately have to drive through that $hithole to see my brother in Ann Arbor .

Considering minendo is one of the few reasonable people here, I figured he would have mentioned her being hurt if that was the case.

Again, minendo, good thing she is O.K. 🙂 Both her and her father should get a check-up though... I am sure you already are aware of it, but it usually takes a couple days after the accident for pain to come out.

Heh...last time I was there I commented on how nice all the drivers were (except in Boston) in comparison to Minneapolis....the drivers here suck!!! In Mass you all at least have merging semi-down vs. MNSP... I guess there are Massholes everywhere!!😉

Well, things have taken a turn for the worse. Late last night both her and her dad were in a lot of pain. They are on the way to the ER this morning for XRays.

Hope it is nothing to bad.
