It saves me so much time when scanning in paperwork; In XnView, Ctrl+Alt+A fires up the Acquire dialog, Alt+C sets a custom scan, Alt+P fires off a pre-scan. It sounds a bit finger-breaky but it actually flows quite well, and now that I'm used to it I can do all three commands in about 1.5 seconds 🙂

And for a mouse littered with programmable extra buttons. I love my Logitech mouse. Keyboard shortcuts and mouse button shortcuts FTW.
