yes, i had to share it with you all. perhaps it's not the last straw but before arctic silver arrived to my axia-9 1,2 266 t-bird temps were (full throttle of course) 57-58 or even 59. not being able to go stable further than 1350 (135x10) now with hsf taisol 760002+arctic silver 2 temps are 52-53 at 1410 (141x10). but the real new thing to me is the use i've given to arctic silver. as a first step i applied it to the processor hsf, which led me to a maximum post at 1428 (136x10.5) but it only lasted for a couple of minutes: as soon as i started an application it all hanged up.
meanwhile i read in another forum that abits and kt133a mobos were generally not well ventilated in their north bridge, so i dissassembled the hsf over the n-b and applied arctic silver enough there, remounting it.
well fsb is now at 141 solid as a rock as a first attempt, dunno whether it is going to go any further, i'll let you know.

I have my 1 gig Avia 200bus oc/to 1.450 at 42C 48C load at 1.8v with a Gladiator HS w/Delta fan
