Go to work places christmas party even when im not scheduled?

They are having a christmas party at my work(retail) tommorow just a small little thing for 1 or 2 dpts. However Im not even scheduled to work, I didnt realize i was off that day nor did anyone else, Im not planing on bringing anything. I think the other guy that is off isnt showing up either. Well..what to do? It would be kinda awkward to be at work on my dayoff just sitting in the breakroom while everyone is shuffling around and still busy.

I forgot to write in the op, someone mentioned me bringing knives and forks and plates,If if i show i dunno if i should show late.

Is this a job you want to stay at for more than a few months? If yes, bring them their stupid plates. If not, fvck going in on your day off just to bring them plastic cutlery.
