AFAIK games don't take advantage of the dual-processing environment, so a dual-processor would only allow you to, say, play those games and also rip mp3's at the same time.
So, if you have determined that your bottleneck is at the CPU level (you've got a screaming video card and plenty of RAM) then yeah, buy the new CPU.
