At least while Doug was on Nick. After it moved to one of the three big networks (can't remember which one) it just wasn't the same...

When I was ~6 years old I had a crush on Penny. I was made fun of it for years. Nice to finally see someone else say the same thing. I'm just not into cartoon characters anymore though.
