I must say, I am impressed with what the Falcons did this year. By all rights they half way considered this a rebuilding year. After bringing in a new head coach, new GM, new defensive coach, and a whole new offense, there is no way they should have been able to go to the NFC championship game. That in my opinion is very impressive. I have to admit that Phili is definately a better team this year. They proved it today. I can't wait to see what Rich McKay and Jim Mora have instore for us next year.

While I agree that the Falcons exceed expectations you also have to keep in mind that the NFC was horrible this year. 8-8 teams shouldn't be in the playoffs.
