Ok, now that I accidently posted just the topic here's the content.
it has nothing to do with ID or Doom3.
for those who don't know, John Carmack started a team to design a spacecraft and win the X award. 10 million bucks for the first team to reach 100km with a man inside, TWICE in two weeks.

I hope they come through with it 🙂

EDIT: Yeah, that sounds pretty cool. I wonder if 'they' will win the prize.
 
Although I really hope his team wins, there are many universities competing across the world.. the results will be amazing!
Theres never been a competition like this.. I can't wait to see the type of space craft that will come out of this.
