I'm going to pretend you didn't say that... You cannot compare the darkness to G'n'R

Now if you were to compare the darkness to any other glam rock band then yes but you cannot say G'n'R are glam rock. At the time they were the greatest rock band around, obviously things change with time.

It's definitely up there. I couldn't rank any album the 'best ever' though, it becomes too much like an apples & oranges scenario.
