Does anyone know if GNC still has their money back guarantee on all products? I cant find any WEB contact info at all.. that is really annoying...

Yes I believe they do still have a money back guarantee, I returned some stuff a few weeks ago, got a full refund even though I had already consumed some of the vitamins.

hmmmm do they do that with non GNC branded stuff too... I know they used to. I wish they had web contact info.. that is really annoying

I don't know, go to www.switchboard.com look up the phone number to your local GNC, call them up and ask them.

What if you were to call their web contact info and they said YES we'll accept non-GNC branded returns but then you visit your local GNC and it's a different story? Call your local GNC.

If you have the original reciept, you get a full refund, an exchange, or store credit.

No reciept means no refund, only an exchange or store credit.

If you return an item to a different GNC than the place you bought it from, with or without reciept, you may only get an exchange or store credit. If it's a non-GNC item that they don't carry, don't expect a return.

It's their discretion whether they will return an item that has been completely used or past expiration.

Thanks res, its a product I bought like 3 days ago, and its almost all still there....
What? You're returning the Ginko Biloba after seeing the report that it doesn't work for improving your memory?

So what is your reason for returning it after three days, and what is it that you want to return?

ROTFLMAO

I read a news story last week where they had 100 test subjects. 50 were given a placebo (sugar) and 50 were given Ginko Balboa, neither worked in improving their memory.

Ginko = Gimmick

Actually im returning EAS betalean ephedra free. It's a thermogenic (without Ephedrine)

I wasnt looking for a magic pill, I follow a healthy diet and exercise plan, but was looking for a little something to help boost my metabolism. However the junk made me jittery ( probably due to all the caffeine) All of the evidence on the pills was inconclusive so i thought id give it a try... but they suck.
