GMT Process for Win 2k Pro

Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew what the GMT process is? When I open the task manager in Win 2K Pro under processes there is something called GMT. It appears to grow larger in terms of memory usage every time I open something or move from one site to another in IE. While it does not seem like it will hog up all of my memory any time soon I would like to know what it is. My best guess would be some sort of history for what is going on in the operating system. Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Go to Start then Run and type in: "C:\Program Files\Common Files\GMT\GUninstaller.exe" /CME

Then kill the process(es) titled "GMT.EXE", "CMESys.exe", or "GAIN_TRICKLER_*.EXE" by using TaskManager (CTRL-ALT-DEL).

GMT.EXE is spyware that is installed when Gator (GAIN) is installed on your computer. Adaware will also remove some versions of the GAIN apps.

Thanks. Now that I know how to get rid of it I just have to figure out if I want to keep all of my nifty programs. At least I know what it is so that I can make that choice now. Man, what an evil program

Thanks Again
