i think that unlike the mcse tests, gmat's try to be real tests and will kill off any braindumps that pop up. If you want a good study guide, get the GMAT 800 book by Kaplan.

mcse tests are straight memorization. i passed all the NT4 tests without ever touching a server.

GMAT and LSAT look at critical thinking skills. you can't memorize a bunch of facts and expect to pass it. You have to read and analyze the questions and know what they are asking.

i would spend the $50 and buy a bunch of good books to help you study. Small price to pay when it can pay off in the long run with a better score, better school and higher paying job. This is not something to be cheap about.

I started studying for the LSAT this morning, which is nothing more than the verbal part of the GMAT. A good book will get you into the right mindset of being able to answer the questions.
