We have a domain and are using Google apps for business.
I can add the account directly from gmail
you know
usrname: ktooker@xangoentertainment.com
password: coolstrybro
why then should I use the exchange account setup?
email: ktooker@xangoentertainment.com
pass: com@mebro
domain/usrname: ktooker@xangoentertainment.com
server m.google.com:
ssl
accept ssl
Is there really anything better? Is it truly more secure? Or is it not necessary in this instance?
We have 2 separate business one is just 4 employees and we are using Google apps free version. Its an entertainment label not a whole lot of secure confidential stuff will go on with it.
The other is a Counselling Center and we use Google apps for non profit. We have 20 employees, we do have confidential data in emails sometimes. As well as use Google calenders extensively for scheduling.
