Gmail to outlook 2003 - How to download alll emails but auto seperating them from send/and receive

My outlook 2003 automatically downloads all gmail email - those that I sent and those that II receive and even JUNK into the same inbox folder. How can I do that all send emails goes to their own folders, and so for the junk mail?

For the ones you sent, make a rule for messages that are sent by your email address.

For the junk, just rely on outlook's filtering. Unless gmail adds some sort of spam diagnostics headers, there's probably no way you can use its junk filter.
