Gmail is bad and good.

After going through several of the options for email on my mobile, decide that gmail had the best settings/features for how I want to use my email program.

So I finally made a gmail account and tried the "desktop" version. As with most web interface products, I found the overall UI and use of Gmail via desktop to be meh. I've used outlook on my home computer for quite some time and much prefer it.

Is there any addons to make desktop gmail look/function better? One thing I do like about gmail is the spam folder that catches most of the stuff I'd probably just delete after reading the title of, so I often open gmail now to clear the spam folder and then open outlook.

Try thunderbird for gmail if you like the outlook thingy.

I personally like the gmail, I'll actually miss inbox.
