Gmail in Chrome: Can't type in text fields on reply

Not sure if this is the best forum for this, but I don't see a better one...

In Gmail on Chrome, when I hit reply to an email I can't type in the To, CC, BCC, or subject fields (I can type in the message body), unless I first hit reply all or forward (where the fields DO work) and then click back on reply.

Anyone have any ideas what is going on here? Is it just me? I tried turning off all my labs, clearing site data, etc. It's been going on for at least a month and slowly driving me mad.

Maybe a windows hook is preventing you to type?

Disable browser addons.
Remove active running programs in the background.
Remove icons from the taskbar.

If you do that and also disable your antivirus and malware and it still does it then you must have some kind of adware infection that scans what you type so it can display ads to you.

Clean up your pc and remove all the junk from and just maybe it will stop doing that.
