Agreed...but occasionally it is nice to include a bold word or so to get the point across.

yeah. plus, I keep all my personal notes and project logs in gmail - conversations are great! when I work on people's computers or build a new computer, I just reply to my original email to myself and I can add on ideas, prices, etc, and have it all in one easy-to-access log. bolding is what I've been waiting for!
