Gmail: 3 Gig in 18 months?

Based on the ticking space indicator on the log in page I have guestimated that we'll have 3 Gb in another 18 months at the current rate.

Could be completely wrong tho...

Im using in the ballpark of 200 megs.. I use my work mail the most. Probably recieved around 3 gigs worth of stuff here during 18 months. Will be using my gmail more when I quit.

i do believe that counter is just a javascript loop, dont keep your hopes up.

With Gmail and Picasa2, digital photobackups are a breeze. And with Gmail drive, I can backup music/itunes purchased songs/program files.
