like in all modern integrated chipsets, doesn?t have dedicated graphics memory, but uses a portion of the system RAM. This organization is called Unified Memory Architecture ? UMA.

from what ive been told, integrated video cards generally make your pc slower.

More than likely due to the fact that they use some of the system RAM for the vram.

Older game now, but the Nvidia integrated graphics on my laptop play the game with no problems. More than likely you will be able to play it since the game is getting to be a tad bit old now compared to what is being released now. Even back in the day the game wasn't too graphics intensive from what I recall.
