GM may extend Employee Discount

my dad asked me to buy him a Cadillac.
LOL
I said with his Lexus he'll never need another car for the rest of his life.

edit: typo

Screw GM. I tried buying a truck using my supplier discount and all the dealerships I talked with said there was no way they could do it with the truck I wanted, eventhough it qualified for the discount.

I'm afriad they might have to extend the employee discount....forever....or as long as Toyota is in the game
It's just like the 0 percent financing....that started in 01-02, and was supposed to be a temporary thing.

There's really no way they can stop it now....customers expect low or no interest rates.
Now they will expect the employee discount.

BTW, the employee discount isn't any cheaper than you could buy one before (at least trucks and SUV's) with the huge rebates they were advertising.

This is simply a better way to describe the rebates.

Doubt it. If the low prices continue, everyone will be upside-down in the cars they're purchasing now and won't be able to sell them.
