I went to walgreens who had them buy one get one free but they seemed really expensive. Anyone have a good source for good quality?

Anyone know what i should look for and look out for when buying this?

Zillions of places on the internet. I take Animal Flex which you can find for about $.50 a day, or I've taken Orange Triad before which is a multi + joint support.

from what i read you dont want to take glutamine with NaCl or KCl, because about 30% of is just the salt NaCl or KCl. And Animal flex is KCl..

The orange triad isnt saying its NaCl or KCl but who knows?

Seems like sams is the best deal i can find... but no sams card :(

Ill prob check out walmart unless anyone knows of a good online source for quality? And im actually looking for cheap around 0.25 per day and quality.
Supplements are so poorly regulated that they're almost a complete waste of time unless one can speak to the specific brand. Many are just full of garbage.

Agreed. Anybody else other than TallBill have some suggestions on brands? I'm thinking about getting some soon since my joints are not the greatest. Also, TallBill, what kind of effect did they have on your performance and everyday joint smoothness and pain levels (if you had any before).

I've been buying from walgreens for a year or so. In fact, I bought two 200 count bottles for $29.99. It was buy one get one free. That's 7.5 cents per pill or 15 cents a day - not to bad.

Is there any bad juju surrounding MSM? What does it matter if you get the glucosamine? Also, what's the advantage of a glucosamine / chondroitin combo instead of the glucosamin / MSM combo?

..I became worried about the blood sugar effect of glucosamine. I switched to MSM.

This website serves as a resource for consumers, researchers, medical practitioners and media who want to learn about the science and evidence for MSM.

MSM, methylsulfonylmethane (METH-?l-sul-FON-il-METH-ane) provides sulfur, a vital building block of joints, cartilage, skin, hair and nails, and methyl groups, which support many vital biochemical processes in the body, including energy production. MSM is a naturally-occurring nutrient found in small amounts of many foods. As a dietary supplement, MSM is synthesized. When made correctly, it is identical to that found in nature. MSM can be taken alone or in combination with other joint health supplements, such as glucosamine and chondroitin.
Published, peer-reviewed clinical research in the U.S. has shown MSM is safe and effective in increasing joint comfort and supporting a normal range of motion.
