Civilian? (Assuming state laws allow it).....Ohhh....3-6000 probably, IF you can find one. Dont know if they have any available for civilian sales.

Well, he had a buttstock, so it would be pretty steady. And 9MM isn't too powerful, so it would be somewhat easy to control.

Where the HELL did they get a M240 from? That weapon owns my world (We call it the C6 up here). Powerful, reliable and well-made.

Nope, it is legal for Class 3 Permit holders. The legality of that varies from state to state. For instance, the Peoples Republic of Illinois doesn't allow it, but Wisconsin and Indiana both do. IIRC there is a $200 tax that is paid to the FedGov in each transaction.
