GlobalWin VOS32 question

All I saw in the description was that it was for Athlon Slot A CPU's. I read on a site that GlobalWIn produced the VOS32 with the ASUS K7M in mind. This got me worried since I just ordered the VOS32 from directron.com for 25.90 + 6 tax + 3 Arctic Silver= 34.07 or so total. Did I waste my money? My Athlon is at 1GHz, no overclocking. I have 2 128 MB generic PC133 RAM running at default (100 I think)
 
well the VOS32 is a monster. it will block 1 dimm slot on most motherboards.
it is a great cooler however, if you plan on overclocking your Slot A.
I do not have a VOS32, but I have something very similar maybe its a VOS31 😉, and it does block 1 of my dimm slots.
