My Tbird 900 runs about 36C with my FOP-32 @ 1030Mhz. The Tbird 1.4 should run hotter stock, so I imagine you'll want at least a FOP-38. Here's a site that compares some coolers.

it'll work but not much OC'ing. If you have OEM cases with little airflow inside, fop32 maybe stretching it.

well , from my point of view I got pretty good case (on of those Antec server cases, forgot the model) ... and nice airflow ... so , I guess for now I'll stick with FOP 32, and when I decide to overclock and have more money , I would upgrade my heatsink
