when my comp starts..it starts....then after one min it stops! then when i turn off my comp it "spins" a little bit then stops...
it just keeps doing that?
spins stop spin stop..
when i turn on comp and turn off comp..
wut can be that problem?

Bad power switch? Happened to me... try unplugging the case's power switch from the motherboard and use the tip of a screwdriver to make a momentary connection on the header pins, see if it will start and run.

Wierd, can you try a different power supply? Got any computers you could borrow one from?

OK, now I am wondering if your fan has a fault. That would explain the burnt smell and the shutdowns. I am guessing you have the VOS32, it's this one? Try running it with only one fan or the other just to see if one fan is causing a short. I've shut my system down accidentally by shorting the 12V line to ground, so I know it could be the cause. Good luck, I'm off to bed here.
