GLOBAL WIN FOP-32...how to get rid of thermal compound?????

Hello, i am wondering if anybody could tlel me how to get rid of the thermal PHASE CHANGING paste/compound on the bottom of the global Win fop 32 that i got?

Zippo Lighter fluid seems to work pretty well(well, any Butane Based "lighter" fluid should work well).


EDIT: PCTC performs well. It will probably outperform almost every silicone based grease out there

I used some paint thinner of unknown composition... I used an old CC to scrape at it... got ticked and tried this paint thinner and it just disolved it no muss no fuss....
