Global Operations, the next CS? Beta out tomorrow

A lot of sites have been saying that Global Operations the PC game could take Counter Strikes spot. I think it looks pretty good and can't wait for the beta tomorrow to find out.

Yeah file planet is giving away 20 copies at random i think. i have no interest in this game. i dont see how it could be better than the old cs (few cheaters)

just installed the demo and its pretty bad, and thats not a good thing.

it locked up on me twice, and the pings were pretty bad as well.

a lot of servers are password protected and the ones that you can get into are laggy.


I do have one question about this game. Is there away to check your frame rate in the game? I know a lot of people have complained about low frame rates, but I have no ideal how to check to see what I am getting.

I can't get my game to work... everytime I log into a server it waits for a second and then says timeout, even when I am getting less than 100 ping. any ideas?

Yeah, I started out thinking this game was plain SH#T, I couldn't get into a sever, and the one I did it was lagging all to hell and then crashed and totally froze my computer. But then late last night, I gave it another chance and found a good server (you just have to keep trying and I use the IN GAME browser to find games) and I had a really good time playing. Lots of fun and I think now that since this is the beta version this game has a good chance of being a great game.

Can someone post a good download link, fileplannet is all in a jam, and so are some other sites, the max i get is 14k from 3dgamers.....i need more power!
