Interesting and useful way of encryption. However it doesn't solve the problem of file sharing networks. DVDs and CDs can still be ripped and this encryption isn't going to stop it. I don't think it's going to change much in the way of Media piracy but it has it's merits in defense applications, although you'd want redundant systems in case someone faked a GPS position to read the signal. IMO I can see it's use as part of an overall security scheme but it doesn't seem to be as great as they try to make it out to be.
