Global acct to Local Admin..not sync'ing up

The problem im having now is getting a global account to sync up with local admin rights. Ill add them then, I'll just get the SID of the account.

That didnt work. Its on a domain, and without using roming profiles, i jsut want the basic profile i made to be coppied to anyone who logs on the pc.

Add another admin account, log in with that, then copy the profile that u wanted into the ALL USERS profile.

What I found out was that all you have to do is copy the ntuser.dat file and that will work. Somehow if you copy the whole folder it adds a lot of crap you dont need in there.
