Glitches on the 700m laptop

I recently bought my 700m and within a few days I started to notice that there were glitches on my screen, meaning that the colors seemed like there were no video card drivers installed. It would come on randomly and then return back to normal color. The longest that I've seen it stay distorted was about 5 minutes. I downloaded the newest video driver and the glitches would still happen. I called Dell Technician and even sent in my laptop to the technician team for them to check it out. They replaced the motherboard, updated the bios, and replaced the heat sink. I got my laptop back today and started to use in. Within a few hours with the laptop on, I experienced the same problems. The glitch happens really randomly so I don't know when it will occur or when it will stop. I called the Dells Technician again and I am about to send my laptop in for the second time because the guy I talked to on the phone believe its the LCD screen so they will probably replace my LCD screen and replace my operating system. I'm afraid this problem will occur again. Does anyone with the Dell 700m have any similar experiences? Does anyone know what may be the cause of this and how I can stop the weird color glitches?
 
my roomie ordered and it arrived just fine right out of box...not every 700m are prefect...DOA blues
 
it sucks, probably going to ask if i can get this 700m replaced if the glitches dont go away the next time i send it in...
