I don't understand how you can order sunglasses without trying them on first. It's very difficult for me to make a judgement about glasses with seeing them on my face first.

for some people rimless looks better.. for others semi.. its all preference and there's no set standard on what looks better. Its all personal preference. You have to try them on and see for yourself what looks better IMO.

I like rimless. I had a mental picture of what I thought I would look good.
Shot to hell when I went glasses shopping. I *highly* recommend you at least go to a store and try on some different frames to see what looks good.

If you're like me I also suggest you take a girl/gay person along to judge. I have NO sense of style, so I make sure to either take my wife or another girl, or one of our gay friends. All of them have way more sense of style then I do.

Personally, I like the Oakley rimless frames

semi-rimless, if you're doing dark blue sunglasses.

if they were normal glasses, though, I would say a thin black wire frame.

I've had semi-rimless normal glasses and they stink. The bottom is held in by something like fishing line and your lenses tend to pop out once or twice a month (they're hard to get back in). Go rimless if you can't stand to have a full frame.

I look better with semi-rimless glasses. Some look better with rimless. Goto a glasses store and try some on to find out. Contacts FTW.

I don't like either of those if this is for sunglasses. Too small. I don't think they will offer adequate shielding from the sun in many angles.

For sunglasses I wouldn't like either one of those, but if you insist I would have to go for the semi ones.

For normal glasses, I have semi. For sunglasses, neither of those would be very effective. You'll really want a larger lens for sunglasses. Just my opinion tho.

Whichever one makes you think your life is worth living.

I like the semi-rimless.

So what you're saying, OP, is that every Asian male has the same face-shape...so by saying "I'm Asian" that automatically means you should go with one specific type of glasses?

You're a moron...you're even more of a moron to order glasses on-line...how the hell are you gonna know how they'll look on your face before buying them? Better yet, how the hell are WE supposed to know what looks better on you.

Moron.

Depends how thick the lens is. I wanted rimless cause they look cool, but the store clerk told me they look like ass uf the lenses are thick (me=prescription). Wow was she right, a coworker had timless and cinder block thick lenses and they were terrible.

I have rimmed...some people can pull it off, others cant. You really have to try that kind of thing on and see what fits you best.

Costco has a great vision center if you are a member. :)

Just walk into a local Lens Crafters or something and try on the glasses, then look for a similar rim style in the place you are ordering from.

If they ask if you need help, just tell them you have a prescrption, you just wanted to look around to find the right pair and they'll leave you alone.
