Glaring example of Trumptard total denial of reality and why it is impossible to reason with them.

Trump convinced them that he was different, that he'd work for them. He lied, of course. It's what con artists do. He's just another over privileged mega rich Republican & all that comes with it. Some have already figured that out, I suspect.
I would say most have not. His core supporters are unwavering in their support. While Trump’s attempts to attract black voters are failing, the Atlantic posted an article today that he is making gains with latino voters, particularly Cuban communities in Florida and 3rd to 4th generation Latino communities in places like Texas.

I received at least 3 more responses denying everything I listed even though it has all been proven/corroborated.

Not just proven/corroborated but hasn't Trump admitted to doing most of this stuff on the record?

Off the top of my head:

Thrice-married: Matter of public record
Grab them by the pussy: Recorded
Attacks teen girls: Trump tweets on several occasions?
Fantasising about banging his own daughter: Recorded on more than one occasion IIRC
Banging porn star while his wife is expecting: Trump admitted to Cohen representing his interests
Womens' changing rooms: Recorded, Stern interview?

Using campaign funds to pay off said porn star, just to avoid the negative optics to solicit Christian's votes

That won't win the election. He'll need every vote he got last time & more, particularly in the upper Midwest.

Trump got the most votes he's going to get in 2016. He's done nothing to widen his support. In fact I'm sure he lost some people who voted for him and Obama.

On the Democratic side there were people who sat home because they didn't like Hillary or thought she would win. 77K votes in 3 states is not a big number to overcome.

Trump will need foreign interference and voter suppression to repeat.

"Education" isn't being attacked, it's the "intellectuals" that fear their life's pursuits are being marginalized because they have not been involved in STEM. What better way to become relevant again than creating discord between groups and directing society's focus towards fringe ideas and ideology. Those "intellectuals" have pushed the narrative that if you don't attend college and embrace new ideologies, your worth to life and society is of low value and are ant education.

lol that you think STEM isn't being marginalized and attacked every day in Orange Fuhrer's new order.

Let's be honest. Brandonbull defines anyone more intelligent/educated than he is as a "intellectual" which puts roughly 98% of the US population in that category. STEM is way beyond his capabilities and defined as intellectualism.

I‘m old enough to remember when liberals telling people they needed to develop economically competitive skills was a sign of their elitism.

Luckily for him the Senate gave him the go ahead on those things. This campaign season is going to be the dirtiest mud slinging contest in the history of politics. We need to be vigilant and counter every dirty trick he tries to 'win' this election. Please remember that Trump is well known for the 'win at all costs' strategy, because he has proven that if you win you get to be immune to the consequences, but if you lose you might have to pay the costs.

Bringing a snowball on the floor of the Senate on a cold day and use that to deny climate is changing is attacking education.

Altering an official NOAA hurricane forecast map is attacking education.

I can't help but wonder why people go to his rallies, who those people are. I look at them when they show that stuff on TV, and wonder. I guess that they are by and large uneducated, formally and informally. I find these thoughts disquieting, but can't help thinking them. Guess it's fine to wonder.

Amongst my deplorable friends it tends to be the people who don’t have a lot of brain power. They tend to be really good at something but they lack brain power overall. I suspect they have heard they are stupid or dumb their entire lives now is the chance to band up and stick it to the people who called them dumb.

I just grabbed some of the words in this thread that were used to describe Trump voters....

Retarded
Deny reality
Uneducated
Gullible
Idiots
Ignorant
Racist
Chuds
Afraid
White supremacist
Hate gays
Hate immigrants
Nuts
Butthurt
Unfaithful
Liars
Cheaters
Thieves
Worthless
Emotionally pained
Self-loathing
Hopeless
Brain dead morons
Hate Hispanics
Hate Muslims
Hate non-english speakers

You aren't going to convince any Trump supporters to change because for the most part they don't think they are any of these things. This is the foundation of the interaction you are having. This has to be addressed before there can be any traction in discussion of policy.

Does it matter? Does anyone think it's relatively OK to sleep around if one's wife is expecting as opposed to just given birth? IMO the latter scenario is marginally more fucked up.

You don't convince retarded, reality denying, uneducated, gullible, idiot, ignorant, racist, chuds of anything.
You don't discuss policy with afraid white supremacist that hate gays and immigrants.
You don't get traction with butthurt unfaithful liars.
Overall you don't reach out to worthless emotionally pained cheaters who are hopeless.
You just work around them.

Oh, and Moonie describes everyone as Self-loathing, including himself. He does not even see it as a insult, but a discription of the basic human condition.

Sorry, am I now supposed to be concerned with how Trump supporters feel? Am I to give a shit that they are offended? Am I to let neurons spark over the notion of them not liking what I have to say?

Fuck them.

I thought this thread was about how to reach or discuss things with Trump voters. Was just trying to give some insight into that. I recognize many of you are past this point.

Here's the problem: when you try to challenge Trump drones as rational beings, they... well, aren't.

All evidence shows that Trump is a near-constant liar, corrupt to his core and openly disdainful of science. But no matter how well you point that out to Trump fans, they will simply ignore it or try a whataboutism (like the Biden goose chase). Facts don't matter in Trump land. Logic and reason don't matter in Trump land. Short of Trump doing something particularly egregious, his supporters simply aren't interested in being courted. Trump is their god, and they will worship him until the end.
