Gladiator 2 Cu HSF, replacement fan?

hey i've got a gladiator 2 HSF (copper super thin fin tech) with delta 60x60x38 7krpm fan on it that is f'n loud. but it pushes 43.1 cfm over the heat sink. i have pretty good air flow through the system, i am replacing it with a evercool 60x60x25 at 32 cfm and 38dba. am i going to see much temp increase over the processor? its currently running 39 idle 44 load.

can anyone suggest anyway to rig a 80mm fan with adapter to the hsf and still get close to the 43cfm but with much less noise, cause the noise from this delta fan is driving me up the wall

and if anyone suggests what to do, can you post a link to what i would need to do it?
