Gladiac crashing - help needed

Installed a new Gladiac GTS but have been unable to run games or Benchmark 2000. Seems as soon as card switches into 3d mode it locks up system tight. This card replaced a Diamond Tnt2 Ultra which works flawlessly. I tried both the included Elsa drivers and Nvidia reference 647.
Here's the system
566 celeron @ 850 - I tried it at 566 but still freezes
Abit Bh6
Optiquest Q-71
256MB
Diamond MX 300
2 Diamond V2's SLI
13 GB WD
8.4 GB Maxtor
Yamaha CDRW
Memorex 48x cd
Diamond ISA hardware modem

Anyone have similiar problems or see possible conflicts with system components? Thanks!

Thanks. Looks like similar problem with different mb's. Have you contacted Elsa tech support? Not sure what else to do, but I posted a few other places and if I get anything of interest I'll let you know.
Also, a friend has the same card ... I'll see if I can try it in my system to check if card is bad. Good luck.

What resolution are you running BMark 2000?

Tried to run benchmark @ 800x600 at default refresh ... about 110 I think for my Optiquest Q-71. Is it possible that refresh rate is set too high, resulting in lock-up?
