I tried it with a glass of water....stuck in on, turned if over, and it worked perfectly.

I love the stuff too. I only really use it when taking dishes to work for potlucks and stuff because it *is* so expensive. But it r0x0rz my b0x0rz.

I dig the stuff too. It's really not that expensive, what, $2.50 for a roll? The first roll we bought lasted a couple months, seems reasonable to me.
