Hey all...a while back I managed to score an NFS copy of XP (with the lava lamp). Well...XP sucks IMO...and was thinking of giving it to a friend of mine who wants it. My question is; since I've installed and activated it on my machine if I give it away will that cause problems with M$ and activation/installation on a new machine? Is there some kind of M$ license transfer (like with Adobe products) or anything that would need to be done?

Thanks for any info

After trying to install it on his machine a few times without success, my friend decided to give me his Windows XP Pro upgrade when I was in the US. When I installed it when I got back home, it tried to get the registration via the internet. I received a message that said that the copy had already been registered. My install stopped working after 30 days. I don't want to bother calling MS from Europe now, so I have a valid $200 OS that would have cost me more money, but thanks to KaZaA, I didn't have to bother. Thanks again Bill...
