Wow, I just found a clip called giving a finger to a cop on CuteMX and just wow, a guy gets out of his car, walks to a cop, gives the cop two finger one on each hand, the cop beats the crap out of him.

actually that i know of, you can curse and give the finger to a cop and they cant do anything, however if there is another person present the cop can ask that person if she/he is/was bothered by your antics and arrest your ass.

Actually, a cop can arrest you under many things for that act. It's called Inciting Speeches and Gestures. That particular gesture is in and of itself, intended to get someone fired up, so it is considered to be a crime in many places, especially when directed at a law enforcement officer. Also, why would you do so when the cop has the law on his/her side. They will just "casually" follow you until you do mess up, and trust me, you will at some point. Do you know that there are over 200 reasons for PC (probable cause) dealing with vehicles. Leaving your high beams on too long at night, loud exhaust, bad tail/brake light, cracked windshield, bald tires, weaving, crossing the center line, no seatbelt, just to name a few. It's not suggested, trust me.

I flipped some lady off once when I was in high school. She filed harassment charges against me. I had to go to court, but I got a deferred sentence because my Father knew the judge. The worst part about it was that everyone was happy I had done it because she was known as the town b*tch. I grew up in a very small town.

It was a funny video (sorry don't have the link) but like most funny video clips...it did seem staged.

Dude gets out of moving vehicle
walks quickly up to cop who is approaching on sidewalk
Dude gives cop dual fingers right up in cops face
Dude turns around like he is proud of what he just did (smiling for the camera)
Cop whips out billy club and wails on the guy!

For the first whack the cop hits the guy in the head. He goes down like a ton of bricks, but does get up pretty fast. I don't think that guy will finger a cop again anytime soon.

That cop going for the head reminds me of a South Park episode where Officer Barbrady tells Cartman, (Respect my Auhtorita), to "hit 'em in the head, they go down quicker".

i saw this clip last month some time.. i thought it was disturbing.. hehehe.. and i personally didnt htink it was staged.. the cop did seem startled and prob thought the dude might be carrying a weapon.. so i can see where the reaction comes from.. but man did that kid get a beatin.. ha

I think thats probabaly fake...because they could easily take that tape to anybody and have the cop sent to jail...but we haven't heard about that on the news.
