I noticed you are in south central, WI. I'm not sure if this will be of any help - but check out www.syms.com. I find this place has some very good deals on business clothing (dress shirts, slacks, suits, sportscoats, dress shoes, etc.). There are a couple in IL, one of which is not so far from the WI border (Des Plaines, IL). Depending on how far you are from these locations, it might be worth taking a day trip over there. You can completely fill a wardrobe from scratch at one of these stores.
