I have a Battlenet account I am willing to gift away for the holiday season. I'm only doing this out of generosity, not looking for anything in return. I do have some criteria to meet first, however:

1. Have a family with kids
2. Send me a picture or tell me a little bit about you/them.

That's it. No freeloaders, goes to a family who will enjoy it. FYI, currently have Diablo 3 and Diablo 3: ROS, Starcraft:WOL, and Hearthstone. I don't play these games anymore, and would like someone else to enjoy them. :)

Sorry, this violates the Blizzard terms of service and thus is not allowed on our forums.

Not to disparage your kindness, but didn't this used to be one of the many scams back in the Diablo II days? Someone would give away an account, person would load it with their characters/gear, and then original owner would do password reset and capture everything.

No clue if that's still a thing as I haven't touched Diablo in years.

Hmm, that's a good question, but I honestly wouldn't know because I never played Diablo 2.

Final bump, don't want this to be too annoying. If there are no candidates I'll just keep it for now.

Kudos to jana for the giving spirit !

then original owner would do password reset and capture everything.

That seems kinda lame - but I suppose the account is bound to an email that can't be passed along with the bnet details. But once you have the bnet account, couldn't you modify the details and set it to your email address so the original owner can't do the pw reset?

Battle Net accounts have a secret password/question that cannot be changed. A person can use that to take back their account at any time.

normally the original owner can prove with credit card data or something that he was the one who paid for it, and they give it back, change emails and all...

as for the OP, I don't have kids, so... yes :\
