Just wondering what everyone thinks of the current price of ram & when you think prices will start to dwindle ?

man am i glad i bought that pair of Crucial PC2100 256MB chips two weeks ago for $65

Well I just paid $159. for 512mb of Mushkin HP 2100 DDR

3 weeks ago it was at $105.

I bought 6 sticks of Crucial 256MB a while back for $31 each.

I was planning to switch over to DDR this month, but ram prices are too high now. My local store went from $38 to $63 for 256 pc2100
Hopefully they'll go down after christmas.

The first time I bought 256MB from Crucial I paid $60, and in a few months it was half that. So now I don't feel as bad

You guys crack me up with your complaints about ram prices. I paid $220 for my first stick of pc100 and it was only 128 mb.

i paid $50 for Crucial 256 mb PC2100 DDR (i got a bad one, have to send it back)
also paid $65 for micron 256mb PC2100 DDR bought at local store
