I plan on stuffing my current HD/Floppy and DVD-ROM drive into it as well

are you overclocking this thing? get the epox 9npa+ ultra mobo. if you can find it, get the opteron 165. otherwise it looks great imo.

Does seem to bad, I'd suggest possibly ditching the raptor and getting a 16mb cache sata 2 drive as performance is fairly close and you get alot more space for the $ I'd also suggest a Seasonic S12 Powersupply but other than that it looks good.

No, don't plan on OCing anything.

And I've had every single Epox board I've bought and used turn up with bad capacitors within 2 years. So I'm tired of that... That's 6 boards, 5x8RDA+'s, and 1 8KHA+.

I've searched for the Opteron 165, and its well nigh impossible to find at the moment.

If your not OCing you probably don't need that powerful of a PSU, and I would get some cheaper RAM

What is a good wattage for a PS?

I just bought a 550 TruePower 2 Antec one "just in case" my mom's machine needed it. It wasn't a huge amount more expensive than smaller ones, so I said to heck with it.

I've had a couple power supplies go bad on me in the past, so I wanted one that was well built and reliable.
