We are going to start sending our service billings/invoices to our clients via e-mail as opposed to old fashion snail mail.
Does anyone know how I would go about giving permanent authorization to the Microsoft Outlook e-mail program to let our CPM time & billing program to use the services of Outlook without having to answer 2 or 3 authorization prompts each and every time that we attempt to e-mail an invoice to a client from CPM thru the Outlook program ?
And is this something that would be done on the e-mail server level or at the client/workstation level ?
Thanks.
