I just picked up an asston of soba noodles from an Amazon grocery deal...and am looking for some recipes...
Anyone else out their love the soba like I do??

i just wanted to quote you because of your sig, i read that and it really spread a little light in on our situation right now.... you just gotta stay hopeful and things will get better...when it cant get any worse, it can only get better. so true. the business im in has extreme highs and even more extreme lows...and right now we're scraping by, like less than 100 bucks to my name, but amazingly today the phones rang again and i have 2 calls to do, so i can triple what i have now and we'll be doing a little better... rents all payed up, all bills are payed we were just broke cash money wise.... now that's all better...

It always picks me up when I'm down too...and really makes me think about all the small things we can do and ways in which we can act on even a small level and how those things can make our lives and the world a better place...

Hiyashi Chukka is delicious cold but I am not sure what the sauce is. This is normally eaten on hot days.
