A local 'puter store has a tower case (V-Tek) that comes with a fully rated 300 watt ps, removeable mb tray and 3 areas for mounting drives. The unusual thing is that a tray is mounted on top of the ps, for 3.5" drives. Overall it's a fairly solid case w/seperate side panels and top.

I'm wondering if this would increase the heat in the case or if it's an alternative method of squeezing in some added room. Though the idea of having hd's sitting right on top of a power source and it's resulting magnetic field,......

sorry guys, just seen it in a store and have no pictures. The layout was pretty good, but no fan cages or shrouds though there were 2 places with vent holes. It was a full size tower with seperate removeable top and side panels along with wheels for the base. The power supply was mounted far enough down so that a support cage for 3 3.5" drives could be placed on-top of the ps. Made in China; looked sturdy, and the guys at the store are pretty good "nut and bolt" folks for dealing with good stuff and knowing what they're talking about (GPC Computers - Grand Rapids Michigan).
