I've been there, except I was with the ho for longer. Best thing you can do is give in to the depression, set up a winamp playlist that works its way over the course of a few hours from sad and depressing to full of murderous rage. Set it to play sequentially. Turn out the lights, turn up the sound as high as you can without distorting, turn off the monitor, cover the windows, sit down, close your eyes, and release yourself to the audio. Trust me, by the end of this session, you'll be saying things like "That filthy wh0re, she did this to me! I'd disembowel her and hang her by her own entrails from the golden gate bridge if I had the chance." Of course, if you aren't, repeat the therapy daily until you are. And then you'll be in the perfect mindset to blow things up in games.
