Give me a break; for a low-budget PG-rated film, that movie was very good. If you know anything about the production aspect of things you'd appreciate that movie. And besides, it's better than half the mainstream sh1t that comes out anyway. A lot of people don't like it because it's not a typical storyline, it just kind of follows this kid around in his everyday life. I think it's ridiculous that an original movie comes out and it gets bad acceptance because it's not your average hollywood star film with famous actor A and famous actress B getting together.

ok first off. i dont claim to be a movie critic, i highly doubt u are. i do consider myself a rather well versed movie goer though as ive seen more then my share of good movies. i hate as u call them "average hollywood star film with famous actor A and famous actress B getting together". some of the better movies ive seen in the recent few months include things like easy rider, the graduate, almost famous, and irreversible. so no. i dont usually like the steretype hollywood flicks.
so now moving off the topic that neither I NOR you are capable of truly passing judgement on the quality of a film. let me state again... ITS AN OPINION. im allowed to share it. so fvckin get over it.
i didnt like it because the characters are simply annoying and silly. i cant find any aspect in any of them that i would consider worth attaching to and by the end of the film i wanted to kill that kid.
o and before u lambast me for only liking "hollywood" flicks (an amazing gross of making miles out of inches) remember that ND had support from MTV. and we all know how underground and original they are.

Support from MTV doesn't mean a whole lot, I mean it's not like they had Steven Spielberg working behind the curtain. I do film production not only for school but also for an internship, so I just find it kind of frustrating when up-and-coming directors/writers/producers get slammed for coming up with something somewhat original.
What makes your opinion so much better than mine that you're allowed to share it, but I'm not allowed to share mine without you telling me to "fvckin get over it?"

so should i just assume ur little tirad was a rant more in general and not necessarily directed at me?
o and robot. it hit way to close to home. which is why im going to go downstairs after writing this. write furiously in my tearstained journal for a few hours while listening to a dashboard confessional cd on repeat before slitting my wrists and ending it all...
ok not really.. but i thought that was creative and funny.
