Give Me Some Ideas To Use 2 Monitors

My new system will have the ability to use 2 monitors at once but what can I use them for?? Wasnt planning on doing this but I do have an extra monitor.

Never tried this before and using Windows 2K Pro.

How do you switch between the 2. Mouse just jump?

Any input welcome, sorry in advance if a dumb question.
 
It's just like a big desktop. Your clock and stuff are all the way to the right on monitor 2, your start menu is all the way over to the left on monitor 1. A window can have part of itself on each monitor, you can drag things from one to the next, etc.
