I've got a couple of lbs of ground beef in the fridge, but I want to do something different besides burgers, meatloaf, or spaghetti. Give me some ideas! (dinner ideas)

few things it can't have:

wheat
milk
potatoes

but I can substitute I guess.

edit: before anyone starts with that crap, no I don't have 10lbs and I don't think an alternator would be too appetizing. :p

make some big hamburgers. make hamburger steaks. put a decent amount of salt+pepper on them and grill.

then have a few sides you enjoy.

Sell it online. I hear there's somebody looking to buy some.

"Spanish Rice"

We use the Lipton Sides Spanish Rice

Brown the ground beef, drain if needed.

Then prepare the Spanish Rice, as directed on package, but include the ground beef in the pan while the rice is cooking.

Serve with Cheese, Salsa, Sour Cream. (I usually skip the salsa, but my wife likes it)

I had sloppy joes last night. Had not had those in years....damn they were good.

And Mr. Chad, it's Mamwich you're thinking of......at least I hope that's what you're thinking of

How come no wheat or potatoes? That sorta narrows it down.

Tacos? I think those are corn shells.

Brown it up and mix it in with pancake batter and make beef pancakes with it. Instead of syrup use ketchup.

Just remember that 10 lbs of it is not bulk. :D

You could, however, actually mold it into the shape of an alternator, if you were so inclined...
