Okay, here's the deal. The last few months I have been eating clean foods and really enjoying it. Thing is, I'm getting a bit sick of low fat yogurt, canned tuna, egg white omelettes, scrambled egg whites and raw fruit and salads.
I think the problem is that most of my foods are served "as-is" with no real preparation - I eat yogurt from the pot, tuna from the can etc. Can anyone give me some recipes that I can throw together (large batches for a week) and re-heat (or just serve) throughout the week for my lunch and dinner? I don't mind having to cook stuff but keep in mind I'm hopeless in the kitchen so anything that needs to be cooked should be simple enough for a kitchen noob.
Thanks!
