Give me some advice about what to do to my leather.

Someone sitting on my passenger side in my 99 Galant like tore/rip part of my leather seat. Probably a belt or something. The leather is peeled up a little bit in like 3 places. What should I do to get it fixed or atleast repairing it a little?
 
Get some seat covers from Pep Boys. Not only will they cover up that leather, they'll shave 2 seconds off your quarter mile!
